DESCRIPTION: The USDA-Forest Service is advertising an office and garage staining and repair project on the Ontonagon Ranger District on the Ottawa National Forest in Michigan. The Contractor will be required to provide all transportation, material, labor, supervision, equipment, operators, tools, supplies, licenses, permits and other incidentals as required in the Schedule of Items and Specifications of the solicitation necessary to perform the services. CONTRACTOR QUALIFICATIONS: Interested parties are advised that registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database is required prior to award of a contract. There is no cost for registration in SAM when registration is completed on the official SAM website (www.sam.gov). SET-ASIDE: This procurement is set-aside 100% for small business concerns. SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS: Solicitation 12445521Q0141 is being issued as an RFQ and will be awarded as a firm fixed price contract. Only one award will be issued.
