The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Forest Service announces an opportunity on the Finger Lakes National Forest for the removal and replacement of pasture perimeter fences. Contractors are required to be actively registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov in order to be considered for award. The SAM registration is free. Contractors are required to be registered in SAM at the time a quotation is submitted in order to comply with the annual representations and certifications requirements.
