Please see attached, revised SF 1442 which corrects the requirement for bid, payment and performance bonds. Include the following language in the statement of work "Contractor is allowed to use mechanical fasteners at roof edges and at penetrations to secure the roofing system." Also, a Pre-Bid meeting is hereby scheduled for July 13, 2021 at 10:00 am Eastern Time at the project site. Work for this project requires the Contractor to be responsible for supplying all labor, materials, equipment, utilities, miscellaneous items, freight and delivery, and all necessary valid licenses for the work summarized as follows: Remove and dispose of Single-Ply roofing membrane. Remove identified rooftop equipment, curbs, and penetrations; infill roof deck openings. Full tear-off of existing roofing system. Install additional wood blocking as necessary to accommodate additional roofing insulation and to support sheet metal flashing and trim. Add to, or replace as necessary, fascia sheet metal; maintain existing profile. Repair or replace damaged expansion joints. Install retrofit roof drains. Install new or additional roofing insulation as directed. Provide tapered roofing insulation as necessary to achieve proper roof drainage. Install new fully adhered Single-Ply roofing system, flashing, and manufacturer’s roof penetration devices. Incorporate mechanical equipment, curbs to remain, and penetrations into the new roofing system. Follow roofing system manufacturer’s flashing recommendations. Project Magnatude is between $300,000 and $500,000.
