ROAD WORK Reconstruction: Forest Road 133 Location: Marienville Ranger District Intersection: Water Street x Scenic Drive Coordinates: 41.728030, -78.947866 Directions: From the Allegheny National Forest Supervisor’s Office (4 Farm Colony Drive, Warren PA 16365). Turn right on US-62 S. Follow US-62 S/Market St. and US-6 E to T314/Water St. in Hamilton Township for 24 miles. Continue on T314/Water St. to Scenic Drive. Scenic Drive ends and FR 133 begins and the center of the railroad tracks. General: All work will be completed in accordance with Project Specification and work descriptions. The work includes: all labor, material and equipment necessary to perform all operations for the work specified in the Project Specification and work descriptions. All work performed will be completed according to the Standard Specification for Roads and Bridges on Federal Highway Projects FP-14, and the Forest Service Supplemental Specification to the FP-14 included as part of this contract.
