Installation of 12 fiber OM3 optical fiber cable from the Pisgah Ranger Station to the Pisgah Work Center, including building entrances and fiber termination. b. Install fiber line using Horizontal Directional Drilling method ( direction bore), aerial method, open trench method, or a combination of the above.
