Construction activities include fence construction, gate installations, and power box. Work will also consist of construction of barbed wire fence and gate installations in accordance with the Statement of Objectives, Drawings, and the Specifications. The contractor must supply all tools, equipment and incidentals in order to complete this project. All deliverables must be delivered to the jobsite within 10 calendar days from date of receipt. The agency must also indicate the number of business days the contractor has to deliver the final deliverable from date of receipt of the government’s comments. ***IMPORTANT*** - Badge request access to the site it needs 5 days to process. No more site visits after 1/22/2024. Offerors may get checked at the guard gate when entering the site, no firearms/weapons/bullets/alcohol/drugs of any kind in the vehicle upon inspection or they will not be able to go on site for the pre-bid. No drug paraphernalia. If there is a prescription bottle in the vehicle, make sure the contractors have a prescription for the drugs from a doctor.
