Attachment J3 contains a road maintenance activities schedule of specific maintenance tasks that ordered by each task order. Other maintenance work items not listed may be ordered if mutually agreed by the Contracting Officer and Contractor. Applicable Department of Labor Wage Rates for service work items are found in Attachment J11. Task Order quantity adjustments may be mutually agreed upon without further competition depending on task order pricing and funding availability. All modifications will be finalized on a SF30. Offerors are required to submit price quote and technical proposals as specified in Section M, Instructions to Offerors, of this solicitation.
