Market research is being performed to determine the best method to advertise for the government's needs. Responses received, will determine the type of solicitation to issue. No funds are presently available for this effort. The Government reserves the right to cancel this sources sought. The El Yunque National Forest, located in Puerto Rico, anticipates soliciting for one Design Build project for road and building construction. The Government is seeking responses from vendors interested in and capable of supplying construction and services for the design of roads and construction of roads and buildings. The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities, and qualifications of interested parties including, Large Business, Small Business (SB); 8(a); Historically Underutilized Business (Hubzone); Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB); and Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB). Responses are restricted to U.S. businesses that must be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM), www.sam.gov at the time of award. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 237310 Highway, Street and Bridge Construction. It is anticipated that the Design-Build services and construction will be procured by a firm fixed-price contract. All interested, capable, qualified, and responsive businesses are encouraged to reply to this announcement. The Government is requesting that interested parties furnish/address the following information. 1: Company name, address, point of contact, telephone number, and e-mail address. 2: Type of business (Large, Small, 8(a), Hubzone, Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, Woman Owned Small Business). 3: Information that your business is able to provide road maintenance.
