Project: Houston Valley OHV Trails Restoration Project The Contractor(s) shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment and materials to perform all operations necessary to accomplish the work in accordance with the Solicitation Provisions, Contract Clauses, Statement of Work, and contract issued as a result of this solicitation. Trail tread way on 23.2 miles will be restored to the original template by cleaning eight culverts, cleaning and restoring a total of 615 drainage dips and their outlets; directing water from the trail where washing of the trail bed is or has been occurring; draining low spots in the trail bed that tend to hold water, and re-establishing clearing limits.
