The purpose of this revision is to post the answers to the questions received and to extend the due date of the RFQ to Monday, 28 June 2021 at 2:00 PM (EST). The U.S. Forest Service (USFS), East Zone, anticipates awarding up to three (3) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts. These contracts will provide Professional Land Survey services. These services are to be provided for lands within, but not limited to, the administrative boundaries of the Nationals Forests in Florida, which includes the Apalachicola, Lake George, Osceola, Seminole, Wakulla Ranger Districts and Florida National Scenic Trail (FNST) lands. The work under this contract is primarily land surveying and landline maintenance. It is the intent to award up to three (3) IDIQ contracts with a shared ceiling of $5,000,000. The guaranteed minimum for each contract awarded is $5,000.00. The contracts are anticipated to be awarded in the fourth quarter of Fiscal Year 2021. After contracts are awarded, work will be issued by negotiated firm-fixed-price task orders. Basis for Award of the IDIQ contracts will be on a qualification-based selection process in accordance with Public Law 92-582 (The Brooks Act) and FAR Part 36. The ordering period of the IDIQ contracts will be five (5) years from the effective date or when the shared ceiling of $5,000,000 is reached, whichever comes first. The Government is not obligated to award any task orders beyond the guaranteed minimum of $5,000.00. Vendors interested in responding to this notice shall follow the instruction for submitting an SF330 detailed in the attached Request for Qualifications (RFQ).
