The USDA Forest Service Francis Marion Ranger District has a requirement for the Air Monitoring during the demolition of the Witherbee house. This contract shall include the requirement to monitor the containment of known asbestos located on site. The awarded contractor shall be required to monitor the air quality during demolition. The resulting contract shall be a firm fixed price construction contract The magnitude of this work (air monitoring) is less than $25,000 There is a prebid meeting scheduled on Tuesday May 18, 2021 at 10:45am at the Witherbee house.
