Location of Work: USDA Forest Service Aviario de Luquillo Carretera PR-9966 Km 7.2, Bo. Jimenez Rio Grande, PR 00987 The resuling contract shall be a firm-fixed price Design/Build contract and shall include Davis Bacon Construction Wages. This is a Sources Sought announcement and is for information/market research purposes only. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS. Responses to this sources sought shall include the following: Company Name Address Point of contact Phone and email DUNS number Bonding Capacity (per contract) Type of small business, e.g. Services Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, 8(a), HUBZone, Women Owned Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Business, or Small Business HUBZone business. Firms shall be certified in the in the System for Award Management (beta.SAM) located at https://beta.sam.gov/. Listing of your design-build construction experience within the last 5 years where you were the prime contractor for work of similar type and scope. Include design team members, contract numbers, titles, locations, dollar amounts, and a brief description. Provide no more than five projects and limit each project to no more than two pages. Interested small businesses shall submit the response by email to the contract specialist (takele.woldu@usda.gov) no later than the time indicated above. Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government is not obligated to, nor will it, pay for or reimburse any costs associated with responding to this source sought request. This notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach.
