The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, and materials to ? Remove the existing vault toilet at the Shirley Creek Recreation Area and relocate it to the Albert Pike Recreation Area Loop B day use area in the location shown on the plans. ? Fill the hole at Shirley Creek Recreation Area after removing the vault toilet. ? Provide grading and vegetation as required. ? Option 1: Build an ADA compliant concrete sidewalk from the vault toilet entry to the loop driveway where shown on the plans.
