The Scope of Work entails contractor shall provide all materials, labor equipment, tools, transportation, permits, licenses, supervision, and all to successfully excavate, form, and pour an approximate 20x35 pad around the existing picnic table and 39x5 walkway to pad to a 4" inch depth. Location: The project is located in Franklin County, Mississippi, in the Clear Springs Rec Area, 3888 Clear Springs Road, Meadville, Ms 39653. It is 5 miles west of Meadville on Hwy. 84. From Hwy. 84, turn south on Clear Springs Road (County Road 104), then go 4 miles to the recreation area entrance. Tentative Dates: Issuance of the Request for Quote (RFQ) 07/19/2024 Site Visit- 08/05/2024 0900 CDT Last date for Questions- 07/29/24 1000 CDT Quote Submittal Deadline- 08/09/2024 1200 CDT Completion Date- 15 after NTP Type of Contract: TThis is a Request for Quote (RFQ) which will result in award of a firmfixed price contract.
