The Scope of Work entails contractor shall provide all materials, labor equipment, tools, transportation, permits, licenses, supervision, and all to successfully replace underlayment and existing shingles with architectural 30 yr shingles on an approximate 26ftx13.5ft roof, remove 4 skylights and cover with 3/4 inch plywood. Replace any damaged or rotten decking. Replace existing asphalt fascia covering with painted metal fascia covering. Location: The project is located in Franklin County, Mississippi, in the Clear Springs Rec Area, 3888 Clear Springs Road, Meadville, Ms 39653. It is 5 miles west of Meadville on Hwy. 84. From Hwy. 84, turn south on Clear Springs Road (County Road 104), then go 4 miles to the recreation area entrance. Tentative Dates: Issuance of the Request for Quote (RFQ) 07/19/2024 Site Visit- Open site Last date for Questions- 07/29/24 1000 CST Quote Submittal Deadline- 07/31/24 Completion Date- 15 after NTP Type of Contract: This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) which will result in award of a firm-fixed price contract.
