Uwharrie HuntCamp is approximately 12 miles Northwest of the Uwharrie RD Office. Scope of Work (summarized): This work shall consist of the complete renovation of the Uwharrie Hunt Camp Campground. The work shall include the following: Demolition of two cast concrete bridges (approx. 7’x4’x2’) two existing yard hydrants, removal and replacement of two sets of wooden stairs, regrading and resurfacing of all tent pads, replacement of all camping pad timbers, minor earthwork and grading, installation of concrete ABA accessible ramp with ABA handrail, and construction of two timber pedestrian bridges, and associated per these drawings and specifications.
