Award will be made to the lowest priced responsive/responsible bidder. Set Aside: The project is set-aside 100% for small businesses per FAR 19.5. ? The associated NAICS of this acquisition is 237310 - Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction (size standard $45m). ? PSC Code Z2LB - Repair or Alteration of Highways, Roads, Streets, Bridges, and Railways. Magnitude: In accordance with FAR 36.204 the magnitude of this project is: (d) Between $250,000 and $500,000.
