The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, and materials to Remove the existing vault toilet at the Seed Orchard and relocate it to the Albert Pike Recreation Area Loop A day use area in the location shown on the plans. Build an ADA compliant concrete sidewalk from the designated parking spot to the vault toilet entry Extend the ADA compliant parking space and access aisle about 10 feet forward of the existing paving (approximately 200 square feet). Provide signage and appropriate pavement markings for an ADA van accessible parking spot Backfill the excavation at the Seed Orchard. Provide grading and vegetation at both sites as required
