The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, and materials to install 7 emergency eyewash/showers supplied by the Forest Service per the plans and specification. The installation of the eyewash/showers shall include trenching for the water line, installation of the water line and accessories including pressure testing and disinfection, concrete for the base for the eyewash/showers to be mounted, gravel drain area around the eyewash/showers, and finish grading and seeding at the sites.
