The project is located at the Cedar Lake Recreational Area located southwest of Hodgen, Oklahoma. The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, and materials to remove all damaged or rotted materials (doors, door frames, threshold, and trim) and install new materials, flashing, paint, and doors on the bathhouses per the specification. The two Horse Camp Bathhouses shall have the two front doors replaced and the back door repainted. Shady Lane and Sandy Beach Bathhouses shall each have three front doors replaced and paint the back door on each bathhouse. In total, the contractor shall replace ten doors and re-paint four doors.
