Delta National Forest Work Center Flood Repairs This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS / SOLICITATION for the demolition and installation of the exterior siding, interior wall coverings, paint, sidewalk, ramps, plumbing, and electrical in the Work Center building on the Delta National Forest in Sharkey County, Mississippi. Prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. FAR clauses and provisions enclosed within this RFQ are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-59 and are available in full text through Internet access at http://www.acquisition.gov/far. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220 and the small business size standard is $36.5 million. The proposed contract is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. All responsible small business concerns may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Forest Service. Proposals are due for this combined synopsis/solicitation on July 14, 2021 at 3:00 PM Central Time and shall be delivered electronically by the specified time to cynthia.granderson@usda.gov. Facsimile proposals will not be accepted. Offers shall be submitted on the SF 1442 and conform to the requirements noted in the solicitation documents.
