This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS / SOLICITATION contractor shall provide all materials and labor necessary to replace the built up roof located on east section of the building at the Osceola District Office on the Osceola National Forest District Office Complex in the community of Olustee, Florida. Prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. FAR clauses and provisions enclosed within this RFQ are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC Number/Effective Date: 2021-05/3-10-2021 and are available in full text through Internet access at http://www.acquisition.gov/far. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238160 and the small business size standard is $16.5 million. The proposed contract is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. All responsible small business concerns may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Forest Service. 100% Small business Set-aside Price Range between $25,000 - $100,000. From Lake City, Florida on US Highway 90 East travel approximately 12 miles to the Osceola National Forest District Office Complex in the community of Olustee, Florida. 100% Small business Set-aside Price Range between $25,000 - $100,000.
