Amendment 0003: Extension of bid date through 9/21/2021 at 1300ET. Update of Questions and Answsers as of 9-10-21 and pending release of final asbestos report. Amendment 0002: Revised Schedule B due to asbestos abatement environmenttal assessment underway. 1992 and 2015 asbestos reports attached. 2021 report is still pending as of 8/30/21. Time and date of bid submittal is unchanged. Amendment 0001: Clarifies submittal deadling on SF-1442, page 1, block 13, change from 09/01/2021 to read 09/15/2021. Time of 1300hrs ET remains unchanged. Scope of Work: OUACHITA JOB CORPS CENTER SELECTIVE DEMOLITION. The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, and materials to demolish and/or salvage 30 buildings/structures at the site and remove all materials associated with the buildings/structures. The work will include the following: The removal of all buildings, materials, and foundations in the attached documents and marked on the map.
