The contractor will provide janitorial services for the Bent Creek Experimental Forest Administrative Site located at 1577 Brevard Road, Asheville, NC 28806. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to provide custodial services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and any specifications listed. Custodial service applies to all designated spaces including, but not limited to, administrative spaces/offices, halls, restrooms, labs, work areas, entrance ways, lobbies, storage areas, basements and stairways.
