The contractor shall perform in accordance with the standards defined in this contract. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, labor, supervision, transportation, supplies, and materials (including safety), and all other incidentals necessary to provide janitorial and related services as described herein. The contract will be awarded for one base year with four option years. Bio Based This procurement requires the use of Biobased products to the extent that such products are reasonably available, meet agency or relevant industry performance standards, and are reasonably priced. The products should first be acquired from the USDA designated products categories.
