Can you confirm that the personnel performing daily duties for the service at job site shall receive at least a minimum wage salary rate of $17.20 /hr plus $4.98 /hr for "Health & Welfare" benefits? Answer 1) Current minium wage, health and welfare benefits are correct as stated in the above question, unless a labor category is used to support the contract that requires a higher rate per the wage determination. Site Visit Information A formal site visit is scheduled for Thursday, April 25th, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. ET at the government facilities, which are located at El Yunque National Forest, Puerto Rico. The plant is located at the intersection of road PR191 with PR988. The water intake is located inside of the Forest and is accessed from road PR191, Km 5.0 (approx.) by a service trail. The contractor shall perform in accordance with the standards defined in this contract. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, labor, supervision, transportation, supplies, and materials (including safety), and all other incidentals necessary to provide Water System Operator and related services as described herein. The contract will be awarded for one base year with four option years.
