Description of Requirement The project consists of: (1) packaging up of “ALL” inventoried excess chemicals / hazardous materials, (2) also any chemicals noted for disposal, and identification is unknown, be tested if necessary for identification before disposal, (3) creating a uniform hazardous materials waste manifest, (4) transporting of chemicals to disposal facility, and (5) providing Forest Service with final manifest. (Date(s) and Place(s) of Delivery and Acceptance/Location USDA Forest Service, Kisatchie National Forest at 2500 Shreveport Highway Pineville, LA. Chemical Disposal to be completed any day from February 26, 2024, to May 31, 2024.
