AMENDMENT 0001 issued to include clarification regarding the solicitation number and information discussed during the Jun 29th Site Visit. Obtain Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) preventive maintenance services for the Forestry Sciences Laboratory facilities located at 320 East Green Street, Athens, GA 30602. The contract will be awarded for a Base Year with four (4) Option Years. The contract will be Fixed-Price Contract. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to provide services in accordance with HVAC Best Management Practices, performed by licensed/certified HVAC technicians. The period of performance of this contract is from: Base Year: 1 September 2023, thru 31 August 2023 Option Year 1: 1 September 2024, thru 31 August 2025 Option Year 2: 1 September 2025, thru 31 August 2026 Option Year 3: 1 September 2026, thru 31 August 2027 Option Year 4: 1 September 2027, thru 31 August 2028
