This solicitation will result in a Firm-Fixed price contract to a single offeror determinate to be acceptable and responsible. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04. This procurement is set aside for 100% small business. The NAICS code is 561622 – Lock rekeying services and the Small Business Size Standard is $25M. Please ensure you have or have added this NAICS in System for Award Management (SAM). All offers submitted to this solicitation are due no later than 4:30pm (ET) on September 22, 2023. Quotes shall be emailed to Yolanda Padilla at yolanda.padilla@usda.gov with courtesy copy to Keith Friot at keith.d.friot@usda.gov so that it is delivered into this inbox by the due date and time.
