The contractor shall perform in accordance with the standards defined in this contract. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, labor, supervision, transportation, supplies and materials (including safety), and all other incidentals necessary to provide janitorial and related services as described herein. The contract will be awarded for one base year with 4 option years.
