To provide janitorial services at the Coweeta Hydrologic Laboratory Dorm and House that are located at 3160 Coweeta Lab Road, Otto, NC 28763, in Macon County. The service provider shall ensure services associated with the cleaning of the dorm and house once a month or as stated in this Statement of Work (SOW). The contractor shall also provide all personnel, equipment, labor, supervision, transportation, supplies and materials (including safety) and any other incidentals necessary to complete the service. The contract will be awarded for a base year with four (4) option years. The contract will be a firm fixed-price contract. The contractor shall provide all labor, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to provide services in accordance with the SOW.
