See details attached at the end. The grounds keeping services include trimming the grass along both sides of the main interior unpaved Estate Road (approximately 0.5 miles long) and the area around the Pavilion and Bathroom facilities as shown in the attached support documentation. Trimming should be around 2 inches tall. Service to include but not limited to: cutting grass, weeding by hand or machine, maintenance of the green areas and general cleanliness of the identified areas. Trim and clean around gates and access road. Collect and disposed all trimmed grass associated with the maintenance work. It consists of collecting and disposing to a compost pile of all the leaves and other organic debris of vegetation that falls inside the area. This work is distributed throughout the in accordance with the attached schedule. Herbicide/chemical use is NOT allowed. Grass clippings can be leaved on the lawn as fertilizer. Sidewalks and pavilion floor need to be clean after maintenance work.

Located at an elevation of 76 to 137 m above sea level 6.4 km west of Christiansted, Saint Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands. TASK 1 (TWICE A YEAR) - Trimming both sides of access road. Approximately 0.48 acres (based on 0.5 miles of road trimmed at least 4 feet each side). TASK 2 (BIMONTHLY) - Cut vegetation around pavilion and bathroom. Approximately 0.19 acres. 50% of labor cost must be incurred for prime contractor employees.
