The contract will be awarded for a Base Period and four (4) twelve month Option Periods . The building has approximately 6,800 square feet. There are 42 windows on the building and 14 on the doors and vestibule. The Center has 2 bathrooms which have a total of approximately 50 square feet of floor area. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to provide custodial services in accordance with this specification. Custodial service applies to all designated spaces including, but not limited to, office and administrative spaces/offices, halls, restrooms, work areas, entrance ways, lobbies, storage areas.
