Solicitation is being conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and the Simplified Acquisition Procedures set forth in FAR Part 13.The USDA-Forest Service, National Agroforestry Center has the need for Snow Removal Services. Location is within the University of Nebraska campus, on land leased to the USDA-Forest Service. Solicitation is being conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and the Simplified Acquisition Procedures set forth in FAR Part 13. The contract will be awarded for a Base Period and four (4) twelve-month Option Periods by means of firm fixed-price contract based on estimated quantities. Work will only occur during the snow season from October to April. The area is estimated at 1.6 acres.
