The grounds will present clean, neat, and professional appearance. Except for items listed under the Government Furnished Property, the contractor shall furnish all labor, supplies, materials, equipment,transportation, incidentals, and supervision necessary to perform lawn services at the USDA Forest Service, Santee Experimental Forest, 3734 Highway 402, Cordesville, SC 29434 in accordance with the terms specifications, and provisions of this contract.
