Contractor will provide price for relocation units as necessary by the FS. Detailed Specifications: The following are a few specifications, performance standards and requirements for activities that are included under this service category: Furnish standard size, industrial quality portable toilets and provide associated supplies and sanitary services. Portable units must meet all applicable federal, state and local codes. Wheelchair accessible units must meet all appropriated accessible standards. All units shall arrive and be maintained in clean and serviceable condition. In a serviceable condition means the toilets are ready to use. Expectation is that all units will receive servicing and pumping once a week. The contractor will provide hand sanitizer dispenser in every unit and provide for weekly servicing as requested under optional items. Pumping and toilet paper replacement for all units include on this contract. The contractor may be asked to provide additional units for high usage areas to be placed and ordered 1 unit at a time.

The contractor will provide hand sanitizer dispenser in every unit. Detailed Specifications: The following are a few specifications, performance standards and requirements for activities that are included under this service category: Furnish standard size, industrial quality portable toilets and provide associated supplies and sanitary services. All units shall arrive and be maintained in clean and serviceable condition. In a serviceable condition means the toilets are ready to use. Expectation is that all units will receive servicing and pumping once a week. A service call fee will not be paid for the initial set up. Units shall include a wall mounted urinal, bench style toilet with seat and cover, with hand sanitize dispenser. All units shall contain a multi – roll lockable toilet paper dispenser which shall be filled on every service visit. Units shall provide separate and enough ventilation to both unit and waste reservoir. All units must contain a waste reservoir with a minimum capacity of 45 gal. Contractor is responsible for maintaining units in clean, sanitary, good working condition and free of objectionable odors. At option item: Hand washing station at designated location adjacent to portable toilets. Contractor is responsible to deliver and fill each unit with potable water. Contractor must supervise and conduct removal of gray water from the hand-washing station. Each unit should be with a minimum of 40 litter (+-10 gal.) for hand washing and gray water collection runoff pipes to primary gray water collection tank for wastewater. he base bid is for provide service at Employees FS bathroom trailer with potable water with amount of 130 gal and wastewater form unit at least 250 gal. on El Portal Operations Base.
