Approximate expected dimensions are 16’x 20’ x 8.5’. The trailer office must comply with CDC recommendations related to COVID-19 with extraction air for close rooms/office. Contractor will provide all necessary for set up: at the electrical for connections, materials and work to get power from power generator main distribution panel to the office trailer. The power for this modular office, contractor will provide all necessary items to let set up the office trailer and ready for use by O&M. The contractor will setup all necessary for example and not limited to: boom truck load and unload the modular office, locate the trailer by site condition and made all necessary to level the modular with the site conditions, transport of trailer to site area location, installation of the unit, electrical work for set up the office modular trailer. Performance period consist of a 12 month base period and a single, 12 month option period.
