Ground maintenance will be performed on approximately five (5) acres of land in a manner that will maintain a healthy grass, trees, shrubs, and plants. The grounds will present clean, neat, and professional appearance. Except for items listed under the Government Furnished Property, the contractor shall furnish all labor, supplies, materials,equipment,transportation, incidentals, and supervision necessary to perform lawn services at the USDA ForestService, Southern Research Station, 3041 East Cornwallis Road, Research Triangle Park, NC 27709 in accordance with the terms specifications, and provisions of this contract. This procurement requires the use of Biobased products to the extent that such productsare reasonably available, meet agency or relevant industry performance standards, and are reasonably priced. The products should first be acquired from the USDA designated products categories. PRE-BID SITE VISIT: November 06, 2020 at 10:00 to 12:00 noon EST. at SRS Forestry Sciences Laboratory Research Triangle Park, Office Address 3041 Cornwallis Road, RTP, NC 27709. Due to Covid and maintaining our social distance we will be showing the Lawn Maintenance in small groups. Offerors are not to arrive prior to 9:45. Offerors arriving after 11:45 will not be allowed to participate. No more than two personnel per company. Offerors are required to wear face covering.
