This is a performance-based requirement for custodial services at two federally owned buildings located at 51 Mill Pond Road in Hamden, Connecticut. The work covers a main office of approximately 19,000 square feet and an Insect Rearing Facility of approximately 3,750 square feet. The contract has an anticipated start date of February 23, 2026, for a base year through February 22, 2027, plus four option years. A site visit is strongly encouraged and will be scheduled for a specific date.
