Offers shall be submitted to: gayle.geiger@usda.gov no later than (NLT): NLT November 20, 2025, 1500 ET. A Site Visit will not be conducted. To view the site, you can go to 271 Mast Rd., Durham, NH 03824 or you can view the map of the area that is to be plowed. Interested vendors are free to view the location from Monday thru Friday, between 8AM to 4PM The anticipated start date for Base Year is 1 December 2025 through 31 October 2025, Plus 4 Option Years.
