A new updated date for the site visit will be scheduled once the Government is back open for business. ******************************************* ****This is a Pre-solicitation Notice. Offers are not currently being accepted. A solicitation will be posted in the immediate future**** The purpose of this requirement is for Snow Plowing and Ice Removing Services for Ansonia and Hamden, CT locations, which includes driveways and parking lots, walkways, sidewalks and building entrances and road and parking lot sanding/salting. IMPORTANT: ***Read Statement of Work Attached*** The anticipated start date for Base Year is 1 November 2025 through 31 May 2026, Plus 4 Option Years. All vendors are highly encouraged to attend the Site Visit / facility inspection prior to submitting their offer. Site visit wil be held on Thursday, October 2, 2025 at 1000 am at the Hamden location. Once that location is finsihed, then you will go over to the Ansonia location.
