Offers shall be submitted to: christopher.j.hamilton@usda.gov no later than (NLT): COB 25 SEP 2025 @ 1800. A Site Visit will not be conducted. To view the site, you can go to 271 Mast Rd., Durham, NH 03824 or you can view the map of the area that is to be plowed. Interested vendors are free to view the location from Monday thru Friday, between 8AM to 4PM The anticipated start date for Base Year is 1 November 2025 through 31 October 2025, Plus 4 Option Years.
