The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, transportation and supplies, to provide custodial/janitorial services within Government-owned facilities except as identified herein as Government-furnished, as services specified by this Statement of Work (SOW) and any attachments for the janitorial Services for NRS Parsons, WV. 2. Custodial/janitorial services at the Parsons WV NRS location, for a period of not to exceed one year with the option of four extensions on a yearly basis. A fiscal year starts on 31 May and ends on 30 May. The following specifications describe the requirements for janitorial services during this period. Frequency for each task will be listed with the description of the task. 3. Vendors are HIGHLY ENCOURAGED to attend the Site Visit before quoting this requirement advised to inspect the facility and site prior to submitting their offers. Arrangements to see the building can be made by contacting the above listed COR. Bidders must be registered in the System for Award Management (http://www.sam.gov) prior to award of contract. All quotes shall be good for 60 days.
