The USDA Forest Service, Timber and Watershed Laboratory, Parsons, WV intends to issue a firm fixed price, award for hazardous waste removal . The Contractor shall furnish all labor and supplies to and incidentals to perform all work required to remove, transport and dispose of all hazardous wastes listed for pickup. The award will be issued as base contract with 4 option years. The procurement is being conducted under FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) – Simplified acquisitions. The anticipated award date is 3/31/2024. The Northern American Classification Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 562112 and $47 million. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notification.
