The Contractor shall provide all necessary management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, transportation, and equipment for Lawn Mowing and Fence Cleaning services that include: Grass cutting: Mow grass to a height consistent with proper care; 2 ½ inch to 3 inch minimum. Maintain edging along sidewalks, driveways, curbs, bedding area, and trim around existing structures and trees. This work would include picking up and disposing of any trash and fallen limbs that would impede mowing. Clearing of fence area: To maintain the chain link perimeter fence it is necessary to clear any grass, shrub and tree material that may grow on or near the inner fence area once (October) or twice a year (October and May). The term of this contract shall be from June 2023 to November 2023, with subsequent four (4), one-year options thereafter.
