Grey Towers National Historical Site, Milford, PA Scope of Work Snow and Ice Removal DESCRIPTION Furnish all labor, equipment and supplies necessary to provide twenty-four (24) hour snow removal/ice control at the Grey Tow National Historic Site, by a Performance-Based, Firm Fixed-Price (FFP). The Period of Performance will include a five-month (November 1, 2022- March 31, 2023) Base Year with four (4) five (5) month option periods. SITE/LOCATION: USDA Forest Service, Grey Towers National Historic Site 151 Grey Towers Drive Milford, PA 18337 INVOICING: Work will be performed and invoiced on a monthly basis. The awarded contract value will be expressed as an amount not to be exceeded. SITE VISIT: It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that contractors visit the site prior to submitting a bid. All prospective offerors are encouraged to inspect the site prior to submitting an offer to assess the condition of the site and the scope of work proposed. Failure to do so does not relieve the offeror from accurately determining the scope of work required. A “Site Visit” will be scheduled.
