This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-04. This procurement is set aside for Small Business. The NAICS code is 561720 and the Small Business Size Standard is $19.5 Million. This is a Service Contract requirement with base award schedule (multiple year).
