Base bid is for the Historic Black Locust Allee Landscape. Bid Option One (1) is for the Visitor Parking Lot Landscape, Bid Option Two (2) South Field & Beeches Tree Rings, Bid Option Three (3) Old Owego& Quarters Beds landscapes are large mulch beds and mulch tree rings. Mulch helps sustain soil moisture by reducing evaporation. In turn, this minimizes the need for watering. It also helps reduce the germination and growth of weeds. Also, mulch serves as an insulator for the root structure of your plants keeping them warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer. All necessary materials, equipment, labor, transportation, and supervision required for completion of this work shall be supplied by the contractor.
