Amendment 0001: Amendment is issued to incoproate the updated solicitation to include FAR Clause 52.219-28, Postaward Small Business Program Rerepresentation, provide updated questions and answers, as of 07 April 2025, and amend section 52.212-1 to add "Acknowledge any amendment information issued on SAM.gov." The Superior National Forest has an anticipated service requirement for tree cutting and piling of 48 acres in the community of Lutsen, in Cook County, Minnesota. This requirement consists of cutting live and dead balsam and white spruce trees. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, supplies, permits and shipping necessary to fulfill this order.
