Amendment 2 issued to clarify due date/time for receipt of quotations: Paragraph (xv) Date, Time, and Place Offers are due, in the Combined Synopsis Solicitation Attachment, incorrectly states that quotes are due Aug 2nd. Quotes are due Aug 8th no later than 1159PM. Amendment 1 issued to provide the below questions and answers: Question 1_Could you let us know who the current contractor is and the contract number from last year? Answer 1_This is a new contract so there is no previous/current contract information to provide. Question 2_Could you share how you'd like us to submit our proposal? Answer 2_For how to submit a quote, please refer to paragraph (viii), page 3 of 22 in the Combined Synopsis Solicitation Attachment to this SAM.gov posting: “52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors – Commercial Products and Commercial Services (SEP 2023) (Provision), Addenda to provision 52.212-1” Description of Requirement Athens Quarantine Greenhouse Maintenance as defined in the Statement of Work (SOW), performed on an annual basis The contractor shall perform in accordance with the standards defined in this contract. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, labor, supervision, transportation, supplies, and materials (including safety), and all other incidentals necessary to provide quarantine maintenance and related services as described herein. The contract will be awarded for one base year with four option years. Bio Based This procurement requires the use of Biobased products to the extent that such products are reasonably available, meet agency or relevant industryperformance standards, and are reasonably priced. The products should first be acquired from the USDA designated products categories. Site Visit Information A formal/scheduled site visit is not being conducted.
